		<description>&lt;p&gt;A very encouraging post. In fact, the bible actually speaks of spiritual exercise in First Timothy 4:7-8 "Train yourselves to be godly. For physical training is of some value, but godliness has value for all things." The workout center is good for us; the spiritual gymnasium (our church) is even better!&lt;/p&gt;

		<description>I couldn't agree with you more.  There is definitely a link between faith and fitness.  And many of the same qualities of faith apply to fitness as well.</description>
